Grow Up
Some of you need to humble yourself and be willing to learn from the very person who you feel threatened by. They seem to be doing well, they seem to be walking in favor of God and man, they excel in whatever they do, they walk gracefully and in love, they are pursuing purpose. But you feel threatened by them. You are jealous and envious of this person. You think they don't deserve it. Yet, you are not walking in the blessings of God like this person is. Meanwhile, you want people to feel sorry for you. You feel sorry for yourself. If you were smart and humble, you'd be asking this person, "Show me how you got here."
Some of you are blocking your blessing because you don't honor people and you are not willing to learn and grow. Throw away your mask. Stop trying to flex. Stop pretending to be strong enough. God doesn't want you to be strong enough. He wants you to depend on His strength. It doesn't matter if people think you are foolish for throwing away your mask (I'm not talking about the covi* mask). You waste too much time trying to defend your name. Move on. If you are so full of yourself you can't be filled with God.
So ask yourself, what is most valuable to me?
Am I doing this for myself or am I revealing God?
Say with me, I will delight myself in my God. Your grace is sufficient for me. Your power is made perfect in my weakness. I will boast all the more in my weakness, so that Your power may rest in me. God help me! I humble myself under your mighty arm! I know you will lift me up in due time. God, who do you want me to serve today? Who do you want me to learn from? Where do you want me to be?
Today, I prophesy this over you, that you are a member of Team Jesus. You are supposed to be part of the solutions of God. I prophesy that people and opportunities will come looking for you. God is about to test you to see if you will obey in small steps. Be faithful to the vision of someone else and you will see how God opens up things to you that you didn't even ask or imagine. God's ways are different. DO NOT block your blessings by running your mouth, gossiping, complaining and whining. You will give account for the idle words that come out of your mouth. Honor God and honor people. God bless you.
